Problem: Hands hurting so badly I became nauseated at work from it. Also, losing grip on objects, numbness and other general signs of RSI.
Solution: Surgery or cortisone shots. Well, okay - better posture, better keyboards, better computer desk, enforced breaks, occasional doses of Advil.
Energy Levels: Medium, though artificially inflated with caffeine.
