Past three weeks: 0 sugar intake, slight mental fog, extremely even/low emotional temperature, slight hostility towards others.
This morning: ingested (1) bag of animal crackers, (1) bag of M&Ms and a banana smoothie made with sweetened orange juice.
Result? Renewed enthusiasm for life & work. Marked increase in warmth toward coworkers & positive outlook on life. Increase hopefulness regarding current projects and keen interest in planning for future.
Conclusion: Sugar is necessary to quality of life.
