The painting on the easel was a field of blue prepped canvas for about the last two months. Last night I sat down and painted the first layer of a lady. I am interested to see how it turns out in a few months.
The cafe painting next to it never was hung in the cafe, and has gone from a very much despised and hidden mistake to being about my favourite painting ever, after dirtying it up for about a year.
And then my goddaughter’s painting on the left, waiting for its velvet trim.
