J. is listening to Van Morrison in the living room, and I am in here crocheting myself a funky hat to wear for winter, with a matching poncho inspired by Megan. I have so much yarn to use, it’s unreal. I keep trying to come up with some creative use for it, like stuffing pillows with it, or getting all my friends together to have a party and make blankets for kids. That last one is optimistic, because I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who knows how to crochet, and none of us can knit.
What do you think? Should I get started on the world’s longest, most colorful scarf? I have two fifty-gallon trash bags of yarn.
