List of things Josh put into the soup tonight.

A stick of butter.
A quarter cup of flour.
Two pounds of top sirloin steak.
Three cans of beef broth.
Dried basil.
Salt & pepper.
Russet potatoes.
Many cloves of garlic.
Some celery’s in there, including the leaves, that’s very important. Most of the good salty, celery taste is in the leaves.
One red onion and one vidalia onion. The big ones are sweeter.
Wine. I think it was a pinot noir.
A drizzle of honey.
Some Earl Grey tea.
